Applications

Less spreadsheet gymnastics. More getting things done.

When a business runs on spreadsheets, inboxes and memory, small mistakes multiply. Information lives in five places and nobody is sure which version is right.

We build focused web applications that give your team and customers one reliable place to get things done.

Who it's for

  • Teams juggling repetitive manual steps across spreadsheets and email
  • Businesses that want a customer portal for bookings, documents or status updates
  • Owners who need a dashboard that pulls key numbers into one view
  • Organizations with a workflow off-the-shelf software doesn't quite fit

What you get

  • Workflow mapping and a written scope of features
  • Clickable prototype or wireframes for key screens
  • Web application that works in modern browsers on phones and desktops
  • User accounts and permissions appropriate to the workflow
  • Test plan, launch support and documentation

How it usually goes

  1. 01

    Map the workflow

We document how work flows today and where it gets stuck.

  2. 02

    Scope

We agree a first version that solves the most valuable problem.

  3. 03

    Prototype

You try key screens before we build the full thing.

  4. 04

    Build in milestones

Working software at each milestone, with versioned approvals.

  5. 05

    Launch & improve

We launch, gather feedback and plan the next iteration if useful.

Scope boundaries

Clear edges make for fewer surprises.

  • Applications are web-based. Native iOS and Android apps are not included unless explicitly scoped.
  • Integrations with other systems are scoped individually; some depend on what those systems allow.
  • Hosting and third-party services are listed separately from build fees.
  • Code ownership and licensing are agreed per project in the proposal.

Examples

These are clearly labelled concept scenarios, not client projects.

Concept

Concept: booking and intake tool

Illustrative scenario — customers book, upload documents and see status without email ping-pong.

Concept

Concept: operations dashboard

Illustrative scenario — key numbers from several sources in one daily view.
